Graze & Bake Catering Co. is a family-run catering business based in Hutton, Essex, serving Essex, London and surrounding areas. You can contact us at grazeandbake@hotmail.co.uk.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through our website, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, event date and type, guest numbers, the services you're interested in, any allergy or dietary information, and your message.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
- To arrange and deliver your booking if you go ahead
- To keep a record of allergies and dietary requirements so we can cater safely
We do not sell your information or use it for third-party marketing.
Where it's stored
Enquiry details are delivered to us by email and stored in our secure booking records (held in Google Workspace services). Our website is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may collect standard server logs (such as IP addresses) as part of operating the service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as needed to manage your event and our business records, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email grazeandbake@hotmail.co.uk and we'll sort it.
Third-party content
Our website displays our latest Instagram posts and our Food Standards Agency hygiene rating badge. These are loaded from Instagram and the FSA respectively, who may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their own privacy policies.
